Welcome to the start of a new decade! It was such a treat to look back over 75 years of positive impact to the Avonworth Community. Celebrating our history and the bonds of friendship that this club has created was truly meaningful. And for the crowning achievement to our Diamond Jubilee Celebration, we pulled off another amazing and successful Holiday House Tour, raising over $27,000 to support scholarships, area schools, YMCAs, parks, fire departments, Meals on Wheels, and more….
After a year of looking back and reflecting on our success, please join us in looking forward with energy toward an inclusive and relevant mission that continues our focus on Education, Preservation, Recreation and Social Responsibility.
We look forward to continuing our efforts to build strong community bonds. To that end, we strongly encourage our members to consider representing their municipality on the Avonworth Community Park board. There are currently openings for representatives from Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights and Kilbuck Twp. Let Chris Cieslak know if you are interested.
